Tsadik Law – Practice Areas in Special Education
Our Practice Areas
Tsadik Law focuses on special education law. We advise and assist parents at any level with a public school district. We represent you from the initial request for assessment, to the IEP meeting and through the due process hearing and appeal. Our main concern throughout the representation is to assist you and your child in receiving an appropriate education tailored to your child’s skills.
“None of us got where we are solely by pulling ourselves up by our bootstraps. We got here because somebody – a parent, a teacher, an Ivy League crony or a few nuns – bent down and helped us pick up our boots.”
-Justice Thurgood Marshall
Special Needs Attorneys
“In these days, it is doubtful that any child may reasonably be expected to succeed in life if he is denied the opportunity of an education.”
-Chief Justice Earl Warren
At what point do you seek legal counsel for your child’s education?
Parents seek our services at a variety of different stages. Some parents seek our help at the beginning of their child’s entry into special education; which can occur as early as the pre-school level. Other parents need our advice for children at the school age level; where their child is not making progress in a general education setting. This typically happens by the time a child is in elementary school (K-5), where academic problems may become more prominent. Also, parents find our services extremely beneficial where their adolescent child is experiencing serious behavioral and emotional problems that are significantly impacting their education. No matter the level, Tsadik Law will stand by your side in advocating for your child’s needs.
